PREMIUM COACHING
How It Works
Initial Consultation & Strategy Session (90 minutes)
We kick off with a deep-dive one-on-one session (online or face-to-face) focused heavily on nutrition. We’ll explore your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any challenges you're facing. Clinical and blood test results (if available) are reviewed to identify any gaps in your current approach.
Your Personalised Plan
Within 2–3 days of your initial session, you'll receive your fully tailored nutrition strategy (macros or meal plan), and a customised training plan aligned with your goals - whether that’s building strength, changing body composition, or improving athletic performance.
Choose Your Coaching Style
Face-to-Face Training: 1 or 2 sessions per week at Total Fusion Chermside.
Online Coaching: Remote support through the RocketFuel app.
Track & Refine
You’ll gain access to the RocketFuel training app, where you can log your workouts, track progress, and stay accountable. Your plan evolves with you, based on your feedback and results.
Weekly Check-Ins
Stay on track with weekly email or video check-ins. We’ll review your progress, adjust your nutrition and training plan where needed, and tackle any challenges that come up.
Ongoing Expert Support
Enjoy unlimited in-between-session support via messaging. Ask questions, get training video feedback, and receive guidance as you go.
