Initial Strategy Session

The strategy session is the starting point for all clients.

It is a structured review of your training, nutrition, and recovery before any ongoing coaching begins. If you are training consistently but unsure whether your fuelling is actually supporting your workload, this is where we start.

What happens in the strategy session:

You complete a detailed intake and submit your current training and nutrition information.

Your training load, intake patterns, recovery, and schedule are reviewed together so gaps and limiting factors can be identified properly.

You receive a detailed written or video summary with findings and next step recommendations. Where useful, this may also include a simple fuelling structure or short-term guidance so you can start applying changes straight away.

By the end of the Performance Audit, you will have:

  • A comprehensive intake and history review

  • Assessment of your current training load and structure

  • Detailed review of nutrition, fuelling, and timing

  • Recovery, fatigue, and energy availability screening

  • Clear identification of the main factors limiting progress

  • Practical, prioritised actions to implement immediately

  • Guidance on the most appropriate coaching level if needed

  • Comprehensive assessment of: training history and weekly load, daily fuelling patterns and timing, recovery, sleep, and hydration, GI symptoms and gut considerations, energy availability history, supplement use, body composition, where relevant

  • Personalised four-week action plan
