What to Expect
Comprehensive Initial Consultation
Your first session is a one-on-one online consultation where we take the time to understand your background, goals, and current habits. We’ll cover your medical history, nutrition and training routines, lifestyle, and any relevant test results. This gives us the information needed to put together a nutrition plan that’s realistic, personalised, and aligned with your goals. After the session, you’ll receive your tailored plan via email within 2-3 working days, with a video explanation of your priorities and clear steps to get started.
Fortnightly Check-Ins
These follow-up sessions are designed to support your progress. We’ll check in on how things are going, troubleshoot any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. It’s also a chance to build on your knowledge, ask questions, and keep you accountable and moving in the right direction.
